EduConSyn was born out of a vision to address the critical challenges in the education, skill development, and employment sectors. It started with the realization that fragmented efforts and a lack of collaboration were hindering progress in these interconnected areas.

Our Story

The journey began with offline collaborations, where the business model was tested successfully. These early experiments highlighted the demand for a structured platform that could simplify partnerships, deliver measurable outcomes, and scale to meet global needs. With this foundation, EduConSyn was launched as the world’s first EduB2B Partnership Platform, aiming to transform the ecosystem by creating a hub for innovative, conscious and synergetic EduB2B Partnership Management.

Founder’s Idea: The idea of developing the B2B Partnership Platform for this sector started in 2015-16 when he faced challenges finding partners to scale up the operations during his extensive travel across India for the Skill India Projects.

Founder’s Passion: He is driven by his passion for addressing one of India’s most pressing challenges—unemployment—by bridging gaps in education, skill development, and employment, he joined the Skill India Mission. His work spans from grassroots community mobilization in villages to shaping policies at the global level. 

Founder’s Experience: An IT graduate gained extensive experience in the IT sector, specializing in Business Application Consulting Services, with a primary focus on B2B CRM, partnership development, and key account management. Then he followed his passion and joined the eduskilljob sector. Demonstrated strong leadership in previous organizations, pivotal in its growth trajectory by driving strategy formulation, business expansion, operational efficiency, and organizational development initiatives utilizing the learnings of MBA from IIM Lucknow in Finance & Strategy.

Collaborative Approach: The team comprises over 100 professionals who have contributed to shaping the platform, ensuring it is practical, scalable, and aligned with evolving trends.
